Celtics Surge into East Finals for Third Straight Year

Clutch Performance Secures Game 7

White's Tip-In Sends Celtics Past Heat

The Boston Celtics continued their dominant playoff run on Wednesday, edging out the Miami Heat 104-103 in a thrilling Game 6. With the victory, the Celtics clinched a berth in the Eastern Conference Finals for the third consecutive season.

The Celtics' triumph was secured in dramatic fashion when Derrick White tipped in a missed shot with just seconds remaining on the clock. The play capped an intense game that featured several lead changes and clutch performances.

Jayson Tatum led the Celtics with 25 points, while White and Grant Williams each added 14. For the Heat, Jimmy Butler finished with a game-high 28 points, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Celtics' determined efforts.

The Celtics' victory extends their impressive playoff record this season, as they have now won 12 of their 14 postseason games. They will face the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals, which are scheduled to begin on May 29.
